Pay Day Protector – guaranteed issue group life and short term disability insurance for groups without coverage. Designed for employer groups of 10+ but is also available to 2+ groups belonging to a chamber of commerce or association. Simple plan design.  Employer provides a base level of life and short term disability insurance ($10,000 Group Term Life and $200 per week Short Term Disability for 6 weeks). Employee has the option to apply for additional benefits (additional $25,000 Group Term Life and additional $100 per week Short Term Disability). A second Employer option is available with greater benefits and longer STD period.

• Group Term Life – portable and convertible; accelerated death benefit provision
• Weekly Disability – flat dollar benefit – no offsets; benefits begin on the 8th day of accident and/or sickness; 1st day hospitalization coverage.

• Per employee per month costs on rate sheet.  Rates guaranteed for 12 months.
