Financial Designs is excited to announce the exclusive partnership with Allstate Workplace Division (AWD). Effective immediately, Financial Designs will serve as the primary distribution source for AWD and provide agents with full support for their Small Business Solutions (SBS) product.

SBS integrates AWDs small group plans and provides a choice of two group product packages for employers with 5-200 lives. These packages are designed to supplement other group health insurance coverage and offer such plans as term life, critical illness, accident and a unique wellness screening benefit. AlwaysCare offers an individual dental plan!

AlwaysDental for Individuals & Family. See attachment for partial listing of hundreds of insured covered dental procedures (and a vision insured benefit), applicable limitations and reimbursement amounts. Benefits will be paid as listed in the schedule of Covered Procedures in the policy, subject to policy year deductible, annual maximum, and limitations and exclusions.

AlwaysDental pays the lesser of the provider's actual charge or the amount listed in the Schedule of Covered Dental Procedures. The plan includes a $1000 max per year for each covered family member and 2 cleanings and exams per year. There is a $50 deductible for each covered member and a 12 month wait for major services. Access to discount networks is also included.

There’s no guesswork. All you do is present your card and, in most cases, your dentist will submit your claim (or you may send it to AlwaysCare). For preventive care and basic dental services, coverage begins the very first day. No waiting! Please ask for information about the on-line application.

For most common procedures, like oral exams,  x-rays and cleanings, etc, and even for fillings, gum treatment and root canal therapy, the plan will pay from 55% - 72% of the cost, when using a participating provider.
